The Basics

- Keep it legal—don’t use BeeMingle for anything illegal or harmful
- Your safety matters—use good judgment when connecting with people online
Your Account
Creating Your Account
When you sign up, please provide accurate information. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
- One account per person—no fake or duplicate accounts
- Keep your login info private
- Let us know immediately if someone else accesses your account
Age Verification
This is important: if we find out you’re under 18, we’ll have to delete your account immediately, no exceptions.
What You Post & Share
You Own Your Content
Everything you post—photos, messages, videos—stays yours. But when you share something on BeeMingle, you give us permission to display it on our platform and use it to make the service work (like showing your photos to people you connect with).
Content Guidelines
Please don’t post:
- Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Spam or scams
- Content that violates someone else’s rights or privacy
- Anything illegal or promoting violence
We review reported content and may remove anything that violates these guidelines.
Community Rules
To keep BeeMingle safe and welcoming, these behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment: Don’t bully, stalk, threaten, or harass anyone
- Impersonation: Don’t pretend to be someone else
- Scams: No fraudulent activity or financial scams
- Bots: Don’t use automated tools or scrape user data
- Minors: Never interact inappropriately with anyone under 18
Consequences: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious violations will be reported to law enforcement.
Subscriptions & Payments
Free & Premium Features
BeeMingle is free to use, but we offer optional premium features through paid subscriptions.
How Billing Works
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime in your account settings
- When it takes effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- Refunds: Generally non-refundable, but we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis
- Price changes: We’ll give you 30 days notice before any price increases
Closing Your Account
If You Want to Leave
You can delete your account anytime through your settings. Your profile will be removed, and most of your personal data will be deleted within 30-90 days. Remember to cancel any active subscriptions separately!
If We Close Your Account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in illegal activity, or harm other users. We’ll usually give you a warning first, but we reserve the right to act immediately in serious cases.
Important Legal Stuff
We know this part is dense, but it’s important. Here’s the simplified version:
The Service is “As-Is”
We work hard to keep BeeMingle running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will be perfect 100% of the time. The service is provided as-is, and we don’t make warranties about uptime, security, or results.
Limitation of Liability
If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100—whichever is greater. We’re not responsible for indirect damages like lost profits or data.
You’re Responsible Too
If your actions on BeeMingle cause legal problems for us (like if you post something that gets us sued), you agree to cover our legal costs and any damages.
Dispute Resolution
If we have a disagreement:
- First, let’s try to work it out by contacting support
- If that doesn’t work, we’ll use binding arbitration instead of court
- No class action lawsuits—only individual claims
Opt-out option: You have 30 days from signing up to opt out of arbitration by sending us written notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of major changes via email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use BeeMingle after changes means you accept the new terms.
